I’m Gina Taylor, Senior Executive and Director of Operations at Stagner Insurance Agency, where I bring a wealth of experience in healthcare, business, and communication to ensure our agency runs smoothly. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, I spent 10 years lecturing in the business department at Missouri S&T in Rolla, Missouri, and 15 years as the Human Resources Director for Salem Memorial District Hospital. These roles shaped my ability to connect with people and manage complex operations effectively.

I chose this role at this stage of my life to leverage my diverse background in healthcare, business, and public engagement to support our team and clients. My mission is to ensure every client has a positive experience with our agency. Honesty, hard work, and follow-through are the guiding principles I incorporate daily at Stagner Insurance Agency, driving our commitment to exceptional service.
