I’m RJ Aharonov, a licensed agent at Stagner Insurance Agency, specializing in Medicare, health, and life insurance in Missouri. I chose insurance because I wanted a career I could feel passionate about—one where I could make a real difference. Living with a permanent disability led me to navigate Medicare myself, and that experience fuels my commitment to helping others find the best coverage options for their unique situations, whether it’s Medicare or plans to protect their families.

My true passion is animal rescue, a cause close to my heart. Having worked with a major animal rescue organization in Missouri, I turned my dream of running a small animal sanctuary into reality. Currently, I care for 13 senior potbelly pigs, giving them the love and home they deserve. This work keeps me grounded and reminds me of the importance of compassion.
